The 2012 Hungarian Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race that took place at the Hungaroring circuit near Mogyoród on 29 July 2012. It was the eleventh round of the 2012 Formula One season.
Lewis Hamilton started the race from pole position alongside Romain Grosjean, in his career-best starting position. Hamilton went on to win the race with Kimi Räikkönen second and Grosjean finishing third.
